Entrepreneurship for African Youths: Start a Business to Suit your Goal

Technical talents, leadership and company management abilities, as well as creative thinking, can all be categorized as having entrepreneurial skills. Developing your entrepreneurial skills can entail developing numerous different skill sets because they can be used to a wide range of employment responsibilities and industries. For instance, you might need to improve your company management abilities if you want to be a successful business owner. Your leadership and communication abilities may need to be improved in order to create and sustain successful project teams.

This course is intended for anyone who are interested in beginning their own business as a primary source of income or as a secondary source of income, including solopreneurs, consultants, contractors, and other gig workers. Three essential facets of entrepreneurship are the focus of the curriculum:

1) The person, their characteristics, skills, and qualities that make entrepreneurs successful,

2) The business ideas, how to create them, where to find them, how to expand them, and
